My name is Kevin Scott and I am the Founder and CEO of Build Your Wings Consulting, LLC. I have a passion for adding value to co-parents by helping them transform into better communicators for themselves and their children. I believe in order for co-parents to have true success, they must be willing to first, invest in their own personal growth and development. This is why I make it my mission to ensure that I positively influence co-parents and challenge their perspectives to not look behind them at the things they cannot change but to look forward towards better relationships.
For over 20 years of my life, I have been a
co-parent and what I have learned from my life experiences as well as my research, studies and the conversations I’ve had with other co-parents is that there was a need for a program that could help them resolve conflicts related to their co-parenting relationships. One common thing that I have learned is that the communication issues between the the two parents can make it hard on parents and the problem becomes evident when both parents can’t seem to come to an agreement and nothing can be resolved. And this is why I wanted to use my life experiences and training to help co-parents work to
improve themselves.
